With the hockey puck style padlocks, shackles are contained inside the lock and
cannot be reached by a standard bolt cutter.
Shackle-less locks are field proven
This product has been proven by the major bottling companies in the soft drink
industry. Range® Deadbolt's products allow the hockey puck lock to be used on doors such as containers and
both tractor trailer conventional and roll-up doors.
Most of the Ranger® Deadbolt products are compatible with most hockey puck lock manufacturers. Hockey puck
locks can be ordered with the product, depending on the application from either
ABLOY® Security or Medeco®.
