Return Policy

CLAIMS, DAMAGES, ETC.:  Claims for shortages, errors in packaging or pricing errors must be made to Seller in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment.  Purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for the use of Seller’s goods and for the results obtained by any such use and agrees to hold Seller harmless from any liability arising out of Purchaser’s use.  For warranty claims, Seller must be given immediate written notice of such defect and be provided reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged defective product at the place of its use under the conditions of its user. For a defect covered by this warranty, the Purchaser shall return, at Purchaser’s expense, the product to Seller for repair or replacement which will be at Seller’s decision.   In no event shall any claim made by Purchaser be either in excess of thirty (30) days fromdate of invoice nor greater than the purchase price of the Seller’s particular goods.  Refunds will be contingent on condition of property returned as determined by the Seller.  Contact us at www.rangerlock.com or 866.988.5625 (LOCK).
